Returns & Exchanges
Hello and thank you for ordering with Pixie Lee & Co! Please read our return policy carefully and thoroughly to ensure that ordering with us is always a magical experience!
- We do not make exchanges as I can't guarantee I'll have the item in stock when I receive your return however we accept returns for a store credit within 10 days of you receiving your order. If you would like to make a return of any kind to Pixie Lee & Co., please email Shelby@PixieLeeAndCo.com
- Please return your unworn items with the hangtag in place, as well as a note containing your name, original order number, reason for exchange and what you would like in exchange to:

- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of a return.
- Please note that returned items must be UNWORN, and UNWASHED.
- Masks may not be returned unless in original packaging and UNOPENED.
- Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return and 5-7 business days for your order to be refunded.
Problems with your order:
- If you have received any products with damage or defects to your items, we will gladly replace them. In such cases, please email Shelby@PixieLeeAndCo.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Please include a photo of the damages/defects in your product in your email.
- We are not responsible for damages or defects caused by shipping and handling or incorrect sizing.
